COAST GUARD UTILIZES AERIAL DELIVERY TO BOARD VESSELS AT SEA SEATTLE - A Coast Guard boarding team from Coast Guard Sector Portland, Ore., boards a cargo ship Thursday afternoon near Astoria, Ore., using vertical delivery operations.
