SEATTLE - Commercial fishing vessel crews will continue with a safety training event Tuesday at Fishermen's Terminal at 3919 18th Ave W here.

The crews of the fish processing vessels Northern Eagle, American Dynasty, Northern Jaeger and American Triumph will learn proper techniques for donning and swimming in survival suits and utilizing liferafts in the event of an emergency at sea. Coast Guard commercial fishing vessel safety examiners will be present to conduct and observe the training.

A media availability is planned for Tuesday from 9-10 a.m.  Representatives of the media may also join in by donning and swimming in survival suits.
