PROVIDING SAFE NAVIGATION IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST | |

SEATTLE - The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Henry Blake, a coastal buoy tender homeported in Everett, Wash., perform the arduous task of inspecting, cleaning and repairing Buoy 4 in Padilla Bay, near Anacortes, Wash., Thursday. The crew of the Henry Blake have the responsibility of maintaining navigational safety in the Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca and the coastal waters of the Pacific Northwest.
